Its official

Well.... we got the email today stating that Anthony is being recalled and goes back on August 13th.  We've suspect that he would go back in August and he certainly is ready, but I just can't imagine our life without him.  He will make a great guide dog and I think it will be a life that will make him happy.  I know I felt the same way when Gardner went back... I couldn't bare to give him up, but now I think of the work he does and how he is helping his person have a more independent life and I smile.
