Meet our new puppy

As many of you who follow my blog know, Petunia is back in training.  We really thought about not getting another puppy but in the end we couldn't bare to be puppyless.  Our co-raiser Maddie went off to college so we are raising with a new co-raiser - Dawn.  It's her first puppy.    Our new puppy arrived on the 24th.  Dawn picked him up at the puppy truck.  His name is Dilbert and was 9 1/2 weeks old on arrival.  He was the 4th largest in his litter of 12 and he is 20 pounds already!  He is a retriever/lab cross and super fuzzy.   So far he seems to be a really good puppy.

Matthew was so excited to have a puppy again!  He loves playing with him in the new play house he got for his birthday from Grandma and Grandpa Johns

Surprisingly Dilbert loves going down the slide.

On a side note, Matthew didn't want to bounce in this when he was younger but yesterday he loved bouncing in it.
